Author Guidelines

As the academic and professional protocols, SUIC can neither accept any creative work or article that is not original work, nor has been published before or is currently submitted to consider for publication elsewhere. The author must not submit the article containing unlawful statements or violate the rights of others. Every author has to affirm that he or she has read and concurred to the content of the delivered article or work following the code of ethics in research and creative work. The author will be the owner of copyright and authorized to sign the Author Copyright Agreement after the article is accepted to be published. SUIC reserves the right to reconsider or reject any accepted paper, if it does not follow or meet the criteria. In case of declamation, the author who desires to remove his or her article from the peer review process before the publication, must inform SUIC in written format and receive our cancellation response before the article can be submitted to another publisher.
